Founded in 2013 MTK Associates was the business idea of Mike Kiely. Having been employed in a variety of organizations for over 20 years, and having dipped his toe in the world of self-employed consultancy, Mike decided that there was a need for practical hands on HR and H&S advice in the small to medium sized companies in the Tayside area and beyond.

The goal of MTK Associates is to tailor a professional, cost effective and flexible service to match each individual company’s requirements so that the advice and support you receive enhances your business.  Our core business is providing support in the areas of Human Resources, Health & Safety and Training. We are developing into new business areas particularly operational management support in the Care Sector.

These smaller to medium sized companies too often have to deal with issues which take their focus away from their business and supporting their clients. Be it an absence management issue, poor performance or an industrial accident, dealing with the fall out can be time consuming. Often they see the easiest option is to agree to a lengthy consultancy agreement; however we believe that we can offer a more structured service. Direct hands on support initially on a project basis, and then if both parties believe it is beneficial we can discuss a longer term partnership arrangement.

The business is going through a period of development with a number of new Associates being identified.
